The Quicksilver 2-Hour Sunset Dinner Cruise offers five main course meal options. Garlic rosemary roasted prime rib, Fresh Mahi-Mahi with lemon butter caper sauce, Penne pasta with fresh Thai basil marinara sauce (vegetarian option), BBQ roasted chicken thigh and leg combo, and kiawe smoked baby back ribs.
