First Stop – Kindergarten / Preparatory School
The tour starts with a visit to a local preparatory school, where your guide will explain how the Zanzibar education system works, from the age children begin school to when they complete their studies.
Guests will have the opportunity to interact with the students, take photos, and learn more about their daily school routine.

Second Stop – Local Village Experience
The next stop is a village visit, where guests gain insight into the true lifestyle of Zanzibari residents. This includes local traditions, cooking methods, handcrafts, religion, clothing, marriage customs, and even traditional beliefs such as traditional healing practices, witchcraft beliefs, and ancestral spirit traditions.
You will also visit Ngonga Cave, an important site tied to local history and cultural beliefs.
This experience is especially suitable for visitors who wish to connect with the real Zanzibar beyond the beaches and well-known tourist zones.
