We stop at Korundi to explore its unique blend of contemporary art and layered history. Housed in a former red-brick post bus depot, the building combines industrial character with modern cultural use. Inside, we visit the design shop.
We stop by Pilke, a museum dedicated to sustainable forestry and northern nature known for its striking wooden architecture.
We will walk by Arktikum, known for its unique architecture and its role as a museum and science center dedicated to the Arctic and the history of Finnish Lapland. At Arktikum Park, we enjoy a peaceful riverside setting.
We are meeting at Lordi's Square in the center of Rovaniemi, at the entrance of the Sampokeskus Commercial Centre. This entrance is located between the Marimekko store and the Espresso House. I will carry a canvas bag with 'Rovaniemi' written on it.
