The experience continues in an authentic HUARIQUE (also known as warike), a small place hidden in a traditional neighborhood, frequented by the locals themselves and renowned for its homemade and genuine cuisine. Unlike tourist restaurants, a huarique is a simple place, full of history and flavor, where the culinary tradition is kept alive.
In the picturesque neighborhood of La Medalla Milagrosa, in Magdalena del Mar, you will learn how to prepare Peruvian ceviche with fresh ingredients and make our traditional drink, Pisco Sour, sharing a close, cultural experience full of local identity.
