Experience one of the best hiking spots in British Columbia with an experienced guide. Panorama Ridge is a challenging but rewarding hike near Garibaldi Lake Provincial Park, well known for its stunning view of Garibaldi Lake and surrounding mountains. The hike is approximately 28 km round trip with elevation gain of over 1500 meters, taking 10-12 hours to complete.
The hike starts at the Rubble Creek parking lot and begins with a gradual incline through the forest. After about 2 km, the trail flattens out before continuing towards Garibaldi Lake and Taylor Meadows. During the late summer or early fall, Taylor Meadows is full of bright colors from the alpine flowers that are blooming. The final ascent to Panorama Ridge involves some scrambling and offers breathtaking panoramic views of mountain peaks, glaciers and picturesque turquoise lakes in the British Columbian mountains. Hiking shoes are required.
