Step 1 Booking Confirmation
After booking, we confirm your selected duration (5 or 8 hours), pickup location, passenger count, luggage details, and any child seat request. You will receive clear pickup instructions along with contact details for the day of service to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Step 2 Pre Trip Coordination
Prior to your service date, we may contact you to reconfirm final details and ensure seamless arrangements. For airport pickups, we monitor your flight status in real time and adjust the pickup time if your flight arrives early or is delayed.
Step 3 Pickup and Meet and Greet
For hotel or address pickups, your chauffeur will arrive at the agreed time at the main entrance and notify you upon arrival.
For airport pickups, your chauffeur will meet you inside the arrivals hall holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name and assist with luggage.
Step 4 Private Chauffeur Service
Hop inside your private vehicle with your chauffeur ready at the wheel, then relax as you travel in comfort to your first destination. Where you go is entirely up to you, allowing you to plan your itinerary based on the time you have available. Whether attending meetings, visiting attractions, shopping, or travelling outside London within the included mileage allowance, your professional driver remains at your disposal throughout the booked duration.
Please note this service provides professional chauffeur driven transportation and is not a guided tour. While your driver is not a licensed tour guide, they will be happy to share general local knowledge and practical advice to the best of their ability.
Step 5 Drop Off
At the end of your booked time, your chauffeur will drop you at your chosen final destination within the agreed service area and assist with luggage before concluding the service.
This is a private Hourly service. No physical ticket is required. The driver will meet you
at the agreed pickup location holding a name sign for airport or port arrivals. Please
confirm your name with the driver upon pickup.
