The tour begins in the high altitude vineyards, where the guide will explain how cold weather, altitude above 1,200 meters and stony soils influence the quality of the grapes.
Then, visitors enter the wine area, where they can observe manual and technical processes that differ from the large industrial wineries. The experience includes a guided tasting of wines made on the estate, allowing you to appreciate the authentic expression of the valley and learn about the aromatic and taste profiles characteristic of this terroir. It is an ideal stop to introduce yourself to local winegrowing before continuing to larger scale wineries.

At the Jean Bousquet Winery, travelers will enjoy a guided tour of one of the most recognized organic wineries in the Uco Valley. The experience begins in the vineyards, located more than 1,200 meters above sea level, where the guide will explain how organic farming and high altitude conditions influence the quality and personality of your wines.
