I’m Edo.
I personally designed this experience, and I’ll be the one hosting you.
I’m not a large tour operator, but a local who lives food and wine every day.
This is not a typical food tour.
It’s a journey through the quiet streets and hidden corners of Turin, where local life still follows the rhythm of tradition.
We’ll visit small artisan shops that few visitors ever find, a family-run bakery, a tiny chocolate laboratory, and a historic café where time seems to stand still.
You’ll taste the full spectrum of Piedmontese flavors: from savory appetizers and regional wines to delicate pastries and rich chocolate creations.
Each stop reveals a story of passion, craftsmanship, and the deep connection between food and culture in this city.
By the end, you won’t just have tasted Turin.
You’ll have experienced it, one bite at a time.
We will visit an Historic cafè and taste its traditional production, then we will head to a hidden small chocolate laboratory, crafting unique chocolates, blending tradtions with a modern touch.
We will visit a old bakery from the 1800 and taste the tradtional focaccia and pizza rossa.
Later, we will stop at a cheese stall from a local cheese maker, producing unique alpine cheese.
We will end the tour with a taste of traditional Piedmontese cuisine at a local pizzeria with great food and only local wines.
We will meet in front of the Hotel Concord.
