Booking Confirmation
Once you book, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. Please provide your flight number, hotel name/address, and preferred pickup time.
Pre-Transfer Coordination
The day before your scheduled transfer, we will send you your driver’s contact information to ensure smooth communication. A group chat can also be created on your favorite chat app.
Pickup Details
From KIX Airport: Your chauffeur will wait in the arrivals hall exit area. They will be holding a sign with your name in the arrivals terminal. We monitor your flight status in real-time to adjust for any delays.
From Kyoto: Your chauffeur will arrive at your hotel lobby or specified pickup location. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
Onboard Experience

Drop-Off

Please clearly indicate your desired driver arrival time in addition to your flight’s arrival/departure time. We recommend 45 setting the driver arrival time roughly 45 minutes after the flight lands. You will have 90 minutes of free waiting time from their arrival time.
