1. Delivery time:
You must show up at the drop-off point 30 minutes before the start of the event, i.e. 7:00 p.m.
A tolerance time of 15 minutes will be granted, so delivery will be available until 7:15 p.m.
After that time it will not be possible to make the delivery.
2. Delivery point:
We will meet in front of the shop "Essence - Paladium" located a few steps from the Metrobus station "Republic of Chile" and near the Arena Coliseum.
A team member will be waiting with a red umbrella for easy identification.
3. Delivery of tickets:
You will need to show your reservation number to receive your physical tickets.
4. Access to the event:
With your ticket in hand, you will enter the Arena Coliseum on your own. Before entering, you will need to pass through the usual security filter as part of the access to the enclosure.
