Important information

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
WEIGHT: Participants must weigh between 70 pounds and 250 pounds and agree to be discretely weighed upon check in.
AGE: Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a Supervising Companion. Supervising Companions must be at least 14 years old. Supervising Companions may accompany a maximum of 7 children under 14 yrs old on the zipline tour.
HEALTH: Guests should be in good health*. Guests must be able to reach their arms above their head and place their hand on the cable above them. Participation is not permitted for those under the influence of alcohol, illegal or legal drugs, or prescription medications that may limit your abilities.
ACTIVE PARTICIPATION: Guests should be ready for an adventure that requires active participation, including but not limited to hand braking, climbing stairs, hiking across uneven terrain.
GROUND SCHOOL: Staff will teach and coach Ground School at the start of the course. All guests will be required to pass Ground School to be permitted to continue through the remainder of the course.
ATTIRE: Closed-toe shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather/activity are required. Very short shorts are not recommended.
WAIVER: All participants must complete a waiver prior to adventuring. A link to the online waiver is provided in the email confirmation sent upon booking. For guests under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver on their behalf.
*Long Hollow Canopy Tours adventures are designed for participants in good health. Guests who are pregnant, have recent, recurring or existing injuries, have a serious musculoskeletal disorder, epilepsy or a seizure disorder that does not permit them to drive, have hemophilia or are currently taking high doses of a blood thinning medication or anticoagulant, have a known health condition that requires immediate medical attention in the event of an emergency, or are using prescription medications that may limit their abilities to, are advised to consult with their physician before participation. Due to the nature of our tours and for safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone.
