Explore Mount Etna in a 40-hectare private park, accessible only with licensed guides. The tour starts from Favazza Etna Winery, a farm and access point to the Bio Parco Cubania.
After the reception with refreshments and introductory briefing, we leave on board the Land Rover Defender (max 7 people) crossing the vineyards of the company, until reaching the votive chapel threatened by the lava flow of 1971.
The route continues in the heart of the Cubania Bio Park, among the flows of 1928 and 1971, centuries-old woods, monumental trees and landscapes shaped by eruptions of different eras. There are guided stops for the observation of the territory, the geological reading of Etna and at the opening of a lava flow cave.
The tour ends in the cellar with a tasting of four Favazza wines and Sicilian chopping board, or, on request, tasting of oil or extracts from the organic garden. An authentic experience, far from mass tourism.
