About this experience

Accompanied by an EN Aromatherapy Qualified Medicinal Plant Producer, you will discover EN small group the basics DE aromatherapy and the safe use of essential oils for the whole family.

The tour begins with an olfactory journey through the history and production of oils, especially oriented towards aromatherapy. You will then participate in an olfactory workshop to recognize the essential local essential oils and learn their benefits.

Guided by the facilitator, you will receive DE advice on the usual gestures and precautions before going to practice, EN making yourself a personalized preparation of your choice: a roll-on to relieve winter aches or haematomas, a cosmetic or dermatological lotion, a cold inhaler stick, or a mixture of oils to promote sleep, purify the air or soothe the airways.

La Distillerie DEs 4 Vallées: discovery of the current production site DE its stills and processing spaces.

The neighbouring fields DE lavender (depending on the season, usually EN bloom DE June to the end of July) to enjoy the emblematic colours and scents of the Drôme.

The olfactory workshop: discovery and recognition of the local essence oils EN tielles most used in aromatherapy (fine lavender, lavender, etc.).

Practical session: each participant prepares a personalized preparation (roll-on, lotion, inhaler stick or essential oil mixture) to take home.
