They will see how the large wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano are made, how they are handled by the skilled hands of the cheesemakers and, finally, how they are arranged for ageing.

Of course, the most eagerly awaited moment is the tasting. Guests will be able to taste at least two different ages of Parmigiano Reggiano accompanied by breadsticks and a glass of fine wine. There is also the opportunity to purchase Parmigiano Reggiano at the shop.

For lovers of prosciutto, this stop will be truly mouth-watering. At the Ziveri Prosciuttificio, customers will see the wonderful process of salting and curing the true and unique Parma prosciutto.

The guided tour ends with a rich and delicious tasting of Parma prosciutto accompanied by bread and wine.
