You must text us at 727-214-5555 at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour time to receive a full refund. Proof of notices for accidents, tickets, covid tests may be required in most cases to receive a refund.

Please make sure to be as accurate as possible with your weight as we have a 385lb max weight limit with two people riding together.
