Once you've reserved your date and provide the names and flight details, we have a vehicle available for you upon arrival and again for your return departure flight. Here are the airport and private FBO pickup instructions for all arriving and departing guests in Turks and Caicos.
**Transfer Instructions - Car Service Pick Up Procedure (PLS Airport)**
1. **Important:** Upon exiting the airport, please locate an airport dispatcher. Inform them that you are being picked up by "Provide Name of Company" for the "PRIVATE CAR SERVICE" and let them know your destination.
2. Please note that cars are not permitted in the pickup area unless specifically requested by the guest.
3. The airport dispatcher will contact the driver to come down from the parking lot.
4. The airport dispatcher will then direct guests to the designated waiting area for their cars.
5. The driver will then greet and welcome, and you'll be shuttle to your destination in one of our many luxurious vehicles.
