We’ll start by picking you up from your accommodation in Funchal, Caniço or Câmara de Lobos (city center)
Then, we continue the journey to the majestic Pico do Arieiro, Madeira’s third-highest peak. Here, you’ll experience part of the famous PR1 trail,(Self-Guided) walking approximately 1.2 km each way (1h30m), leading you to the incredible Ninho da Manta Viewpoint and the renowned “Stairway to Heaven”.
As the day ends, prepare to be amazed by the colors of the sunset painting the sky and mountains in golden tones. After soaking in this magical moment for about 30 minutes, we’ll comfortably return you to the nearest point of your accommodation.
