Your driver/guide will meet travelers either at their hotel reception or at the airport arrival hall. The driver will be holding a signboard with the lead traveler’s name for easy identification.
Travelers can redeem their tickets directly at the Serengeti National Park main entrance gate. The ticket office is located on the left-hand side of the entrance, and our guide will personally assist travelers during the process.
