“Saga Sea Bream Set – Iwai,” featuring seasonal ingredients from Saga and sea bream from the Genkai Sea, is the perfect “travel feast” for guests seeking an authentic yet compact Japanese dining experience.
Each dish is carefully prepared with traditional Japanese culinary techniques.
The first dish uses seasonal ingredients. And you will choose one of our three types of Tai-meshi(Sea Bream Rice) "Uwajima-style", "Tempura rice bowl", or "Donabe (traditional Japanese cray pot) rice" for the second dish” .
The dishes are beautifully presented using Arita and Karatsu ware, allowing guests to experience Japanese culture through food, tableware, and hospitality.
It’s ideal for lunch between or before sightseeing activities.

We will serve sea bream sashimi.
The second dish will not be selectable. Sea bream rice cooked in a large Donabe pot will be prepared for the group.
