This is where you’ll be introduced to local life. You’ll learn about the Djerbian way of life, architecture, weddings, the economy, and much more! The visit will take at least an hour

3

the artistic alleys of DjerbaHood, a village with typically Djerbian architecture, where over 100 artists from around the world have left their signatures on the walls.

4

we will go to the fish market in Houmt Souk, where you’ll be introduced to the rare method of fish sales known as "à la criée" (auction-style)! Visit the market, and your guide will choose the freshest fish of the day for you. Then, in the nearby restaurant, the owner will grill it for you and serve it at your table, along with a nice Tunisian salad and fries.

5

Follow your guide as you stroll through the alleys of Houmt Souk. Discover the old caravanserais, also known as “Fondouks,” and learn more about the caravan traders! Visit the spice market and the covered souk, where you can find everything you need for shopping and souvenirs!
