Our 2-course scrumptious lunch will have an emphasis on seasonal ingredients, locally sourced, courtesy of @oxmoorfarm. Where the principles echo our own - transparency, relationships with producers and with integrity.
We will then be discussing the intricacies of cheese with the very knowledgeable James @no2poundst @therealcheeseproject. Access to the dark room where experimental cheeses are maturing and then on to experience the flavour profiles of different cheeses alongside a wine pairing and additional condiments. James is a champion of the slow food movement and focuses on smaller, British artisans.
