What's included

There is a small fee for Airport charge for Arrivals & Departures that will be added within the booking price.
Please note that when private transfer is requested there will be a slightly higher charge than a shared ride.
A booster or child seat can be requested if needed for a child, but MUST be requested when booking. There will be an added fee applied to the booking total.
Pets. If travelling with pets, they MUST be contained, secured with customer. Additional fees apply.
GST will be inclusive of all booking prices.
1 standard suitcase & cabin bag (up to 25kg) per person is free. Any extra bags, equipment or heavier weight & size may result in extra fees being charged.
There will be cooled complimentary bottled waters ONLY for 1st time arriving tourists to NZ.

What you'll see

For all customers, the travel destination is open within Auckland or outside to nearby cities*. There are no limits to a timeframe or duration of travel.

*Note: Travel requests to outer cities besides Auckland will need to discussed prior to pick-up and/or booking time. We could take customers as far south as Rotorua & far north as Bay of Islands, each way within 3-4hrs one way. The service is flexible, mainly private transfers but shared rides will be considered but depending only on the number of passengers & bookings booked.
