My wife Mali and I Sudath guide you through the art of cooking with traditional spices and fresh ingredients, where you'll learn to prepare 7+ traditional Sri Lankan dishes, including curries, coconut sambol, and rice in a village setting. We guide cooking newbies through traditional methods while explaining the benefits, origins, and uses of different spices. During your Spice Garden Walk, you’ll explore our cinnamon trees, learn how real Ceylon cinnamon is grown, harvested, and processed see the local cultivation of pepper and other spices. You will also have the opportunity to buy fresh spices to take home. After enjoying your self-cooked meal with garden fruit, you’ll receive the complete recipes to recreate everything easily at home.
