On the return journey to Hobart, we stop in Deloraine for an evening meal at the historic Empire Hotel. Serving both travellers and locals for over 150 years, the Empire is known for its welcoming atmosphere and quality menu — a relaxed and satisfying way to round off a big day of adventure.
