Follow the instructions below to activate your pass and access the included benefits:

1. Download the Smartvisit app from the App Store or Google Play.

- Create an account and log in.
- Add your pass to the app:
- Tap Add Package.

2. Enter your booking reference number under Pass Number/Booking Reference. Tap Add Package again.

3. Register your pass - note, if you booked more than one pass, you only need to enter the reference number once. You can manage all passes on one device or send each one to a different person by entering their email address. They’ll then follow the same steps to activate it on their own phone.

- Choose 'Me' if you are the end user or want to manage multiple passes on the same device.
- Choose 'Assign To' if you want to allocate a pass for someone else to use on their own device.

4. Access your pass: The pass will appear in your Smartvisit app. Tap the image to open it and view all included benefits. Each attraction ticket has a QR code in the app once redeemed—show it at the entrance to get in.

5. Audio tours: Find self-guided tours in the Jrnyz section. We recommend downloading them over WiFi, as mobile coverage can be weak in parts of the city.

6. Need help? Click the Help button in the app to connect with our 24/7 customer support line.

Important things to note:

- Entry to the Acropolis is subject to booking (via the Smartvisit app) - it's recommended you book tickets at least 72 hours in advance.
- Skip-the-line access is available for experiences with confirmed reservations.
- Attractions can only be visited once (Hop-on Hop-off bus excluded).
- A period of 1 hour must pass between redeeming benefits (Hop-on Hop-off bus excluded).
- Operating times are subject to change - please check with the individual attraction operators before visiting.
- Refund requests will not be accepted if the pass has already been used.
