1. Booking & Confirmation
You choose your transfer type (one-way, return, charter) via the online “Quick Quote" or by calling 1300 763 005

You provide pickup and drop-off locations, date & time, number of passengers + luggage requirements, and select the type of vehicle (sedan, people-mover, minibus, etc) from their luxury fleet.

Once booked, you receive a confirmation and your details are added into their system which monitors flight status or event timings to ensure the chauffeur is aware of any changes.

2. Pre-pickup & Flight Monitoring
If your transfer involves an airport, cruise terminal or scheduled arrival time, the company’s system tracks your flight in real-time so the chauffeur can adjust for delays or early arrivals.

Shortly before pickup, you will receive final details: the chauffeur’s name, vehicle type, contact number , and meeting point instructions.

3. Meet & Greet / Pickup
At the designated pickup time, the chauffeur arrives in a clean, luxury vehicle selected based on your booking (sedan, minibus, etc). You are greeted, assisted with your luggage as required, and escorted to the vehicle.

If at an airport or cruise terminal, the chauffeur may meet you in the arrivals hall or in a specified meeting zone (and they monitor your arrival to ensure timing aligns).

4. Transfer Journey
You are transported directly from the pickup location to your destination (hotel, airport, cruise terminal, event venue, etc) in the selected vehicle.

5. Drop-Off & Completion
Upon arrival at your destination, the chauffeur assists with unloading luggage (if required) and ensures you are safely delivered to the agreed drop-off point (hotel lobby, terminal curb-side, etc).
After you are settled and the transfer is complete, the service concludes. If a return journey was booked, the process repeats for the onward trip.

6. Return / Onward (if booked)
If you booked a return or multi-leg service, the company will have scheduled the pickup for the return leg with the same workflow: confirmation, monitoring, chauffeur arrival, pickup, journey, drop-off.
