Begin your experience with a walk through the forest of Spetses. Learn about the island’s healing plants and herbs, and collect some if you find them. Take time to snap photos of the beautiful surroundings.

Next, take part in a meditation and manifestation class. Discover various meditation techniques and learn what it takes to manifest your desires. Choose a guided meditation theme, such as energy cleansing, chakra balancing, or healing.

At the last part of your tour we will rest at open theater of Anargirios College for a refreshing tea and snacks. After that you will delve into the world of healing herbs and essential oils. Create your own therapeutic essential oil to take home.
