1- Booking Confirmation
Travelers book the transport service and provide essential details such as travel date, pickup time, pickup location, drop-off location, and a contact phone number.
2- Pre-Trip Communication
After the booking is confirmed, I review all details. Before the service (or on the same day), I contact the traveler via phone or WhatsApp to reconfirm the pickup time and location and share any important instructions.
3- Pickup Arrangement
Hotel/Riad Pickup: Pickup is provided from hotels or riads within the selected service radius.
Non-Car-Accessible Areas: If the accommodation cannot be accessed by car, a nearby meeting point will be arranged in advance.
Airport Pickup (Arrival): For transfers from the airport to hotels/riads, I wait at the airport exit holding a sign with the traveler’s name.
Airport Drop-off (Departure): For transfers from hotels/riads to the airport, I send the vehicle plate number (and driver name if applicable) in advance.
4- Start of the Journey
Once the traveler is picked up, luggage assistance is provided and the journey begins in a clean, comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle, ensuring a safe and smooth ride.
5- During the Transfer
The transfer is carried out professionally and safely. Stops can be accommodated if needed, depending on time and route for extra fee. I remain available to assist the traveler throughout the ride.
6- Drop-off
Travelers are dropped off directly at their requested destination (hotel, riad, airport terminal, or agreed meeting point), ensuring a safe and timely arrival.
