Park at the paid lot on 54th & Ocean Blvd or use free street parking. Walk 100m down the paved catamaran ramp toward the ocean. SoCal Kitesurfing is on the sand by the restrooms—look for red chairs, red tent, and black flags. We set up 11:15/2:15 for lessons.
