You will recognize the geography of the Pacific Coast and the ingredients that are used for all the dishes of the class. Then, while hara mise en place will talk about the culture of Pacific Coast practices in the kitchen, rooftop plants and their use as a seasoning, flavoring and medicinal proposes.
The cooking class will consist of 3 courses and a cocktail.
