Easily accessible from Shinjuku, this experience begins with a short introduction to the basics of Japanese sake making at a café while waiting for the local bus. Then, travel by local bus through a quiet Japanese suburban neighborhood to a historic brewery—also used as a filming location for a Netflix series. After a guided tour of the brewery, enjoy a sake tasting with a light snack in a charming old Japanese house on the brewery grounds.
After returning to the station, visit a local supermarket to discover Japanese snacks that pair well with sake, then enjoy a final toast with one glass of sake and small bites at a nearby izakaya.

Return to Hashimoto Station by Local Bus. (Approx. 30 minutes). After arriving at station, visit a Local Supermarket nearby to discover uniquely Japanese snacks that pair well with sake.
