Awaken with the sunrise on the pristine sands of Batata Beach in Lagos during a dynamic Vinyasa Flow Yoga session. As the sun rises from the ocean, casting golden light across the water and cliffs, this breath-led class revitalises your body, sharpens your focus, and grounds your mind. Moving with fluid strength and purpose, you flow through a sequence designed to open, energise, and awaken every part of your body, naturally building energy as the day begins.
The combination of rhythmic movement, mindful breathing, and the immersive beach setting makes this sunrise session a truly energising way to start the day. With the gentle morning breeze, the sound of the waves, and golden glow of the rising sun, the environment engages the senses and enhances connection to your body, your breath, and the present moment. Each posture and transition is designed to cultivate clarity, vitality, and fluid strength, leaving you centred, energised, and ready to embrace the day with focus and presence.
We meet by the entrance of Forte Ponta da Bandeira, right next to the Batata beach. Your instructor will be waiting outside the fortress entrance with a bag of yoga mats. Please approach and say hi to confirm you’re with the right group.
