Your pick-up time can be any time between 10:00 AM and 11:45 AM for the morning transfer and between 12:00 PM and 1:45 PM for the afternoon transfer, depending on where you are staying.

• To confirm your pickup location (meeting point) and your pick-up time, please email the provider at least a few days before your service date. Make sure to include your booking reference number in the e-mail.

• Transportation may be provided by a minibus or a coach. Look for a minibus or coach displaying the Oasis or UCS logo.

With the exception of Valletta, for most of the major hotels, the pickup will be directly from your hotel; for smaller hotels or Airbnb's, the pickup will be from a close meeting point.
If you are staying in Valletta, the pick-up will be from one of these 6 meeting points: the Phoenicia Hotel, Grand Hotel Excelsior, the Gunpost Snack Bar, the Malta Experience, Victoria Gate, or Kurċifiss Bus Stop (near the Valletta Waterfront/Valletta Cruise Port).
We do not provide transportation from any localities (areas) not included in the pick-up section.
Pets, large luggage, and large suitcases are not allowed on the bus.
Transportation is not wheelchair accessible.
Strollers are allowed on the bus as long as they are standard-sized strollers and that they are foldable.
If you choose Popeye Village (Anchor Bay), please note that the admission ticket to Popeye Village is not included. Ticket prices range from €15 to €25 per person, depending on the season, and are subject to change without prior notice.
