About this experience

Gudauri is located about 3 hrs of driving distance from Tbilisi. Gudauri is the famous ski resort, located on the range of Caucasus mountains along the Georgian Military Highway. The ski routes are for professionals and beginners. This is also the best place for free ride and heli skiing. Besides, here also possible to do some other activities, like paragliding riding ATV or just play in the snow.

We offer to visit some cultural and nature sites with the professional guide. With our guides our guests always have fun and joyful trips.

Detailed itinerary

Zhinvali reservoir is situated on the river Aragvi between village Ananuri and Zhinvali. Its purpose is to provide Tbilisi with drinking and utility water, which is executed via 42km. 5,5m diameter tunnel, 12m3/sc. For this purpose 102 m high earth dam is set up, which makes a reservoir with the capacity of 500 m3 million. Reservoir was put into operation in 1985.

Ananuri fortified castle (XVI-XVIII) is located on the Georgian Military highway near bank of Aragvi. The fortress was the residence of dukes of Aragvi valley (Eristavi).
