Important notes

You can redeem your voucher in two ways:
1. At the Embarcadero Isla Mujeres by Xcaret ticket booth (Km 4.5, Cancún Hotel Zone). Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure for check-in and boarding.

2. Onboard the transportation from your hotel to the Embarcadero, where staff will exchange your voucher for physical tickets during the transfer.

Please present your printed or digital voucher along with a valid photo ID. Physical tickets are required to board and also grant access to the Scenic Tower within 7 days of your visit.
