About this experience

Experience Bushido training with wooden swords at the Itto-ryu Nakanishi-ha Shudokan, a traditional Japanese martial arts school. You will also take part in zazen meditation at a Zen temple, closely tied to the spirit of Bushido. Through this one-day program, you'll gain a deeper understanding of the profound spiritual essence within Japanese culture.

Lunch will be a Sushi-Shokado Bento.
