Lotus Pond, located in Zuoying District of Kaohsiung, Taiwan, is a scenic lake famous for its vibrant temples, colorful pagodas, and rich cultural atmosphere. Built in 1951, the pond is named after the lotus flowers that bloom on its surface during summer.

The area is best known for iconic landmarks such as the Dragon and Tiger Pagodas, the Spring and Autumn Pavilions, and the Confucius Temple. According to tradition, entering through the dragon's mouth and exiting through the tiger's mouth will turn bad luck into good fortune.

The Fo Guang Shan Buddha Museum is a major cultural and spiritual attraction located in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It was established by the Fo Guang Shan Monastery to preserve a sacred tooth relic of the Buddha and promote Humanistic Buddhism.
