our first stop will be at Zhinvali (Jinvali) water reservoir, also known as a lake, located on the Georgian Military Highway. Soviets constructed the dam in the 1980s. you can enjoy the amazing views and beautiful colors year-round

We will visit Ananuri - The castle and seat of the Eristavis (Dukes) of Aragvi - a feudal dynasty which ruled the area from the 13th century. admire the two fortifications joined by a crenelated curtain wall and the well-preserved, large square tower, known as the "Sheupovari" The castle was the scene of numerous battles. Our guide will tell you some interesting stories about this fortress.

Gudauri ski resort - located on the south-facing plateau of the Greater Caucasus Mountain Range in Georgia. The resort is situated in the Stepantsminda district, along the Georgian Military Highway near the Jvari Pass, at an elevation of 2,200 meters above sea level.

our next stop is "The Russia–Georgia Friendship Monument" or "Treaty of Georgievsk Monument"; monument is built in 1983 to celebrate the bicentennial of the Treaty of Georgievsk and the ongoing friendship between Soviet Georgia and Soviet Russia. Located on the Georgian Military Highway between the ski resort -town of Gudauri and the Jvari pass, the monument is a large round stone and concrete structure overlooking the Devil's Valley in the Caucasus mountains. Inside the monument is a large tile mural that spans the whole circumference of the structure and depicts scenes of Georgian and Russian history. Stepantsminda - named after a Georgian Orthodox monk named Stephan, who constructed a hermitage at this location on what later became the Georgian Military Road. The town is located along the banks of the Terek River, 157 kilometers to the north of Tbilisi at an elevation of 1,740 meters above sea level.
here you can take a little break after a long road and have some rest before visiting Gergeti Trinity Church :)

Next we get 4x4 local cars to visit Gergeti Trinity Church, The church is situated on the right bank of the river Chkheri (the left tributary of the river Terek), at an elevation of 2170 meters (7120 feet), under Mount Kazbek.
you can enjoy an amazing view on Mount Kazbek (kazbegi), Kuro Mountain and Stepantsminda.

Our next destination is Gveleti Small waterfall, located in Kazbegi region, near the small village- Gveleti. We'll get local 4x4 cars to reach the nearest check point to Hike a bit to this beautiful place. (10 min Hiking)
