The ticket has a short validity period, and non-refundable. If it's a long time before your travel date, we usually make a reservation 2-3 days in advance, just in case of your flight change or cancellation.
Children under 2 years old are admitted free. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Reclining chairs, shower facilities and family or quiet areas are available on a first come, first served basis. Please note, sleeping facilities are not available in the lounge. Currently, Al Maha Lounge does not offer a pre-booking priority service.
During the peak season, access may be restricted due to capacity constraints. You may have to wait in line to get in. And food supplies may not keep up. Please be patient and understanding.

Viator/Agoda/Booking.com booking voucher barcode is not acceptable for admission to the lounge, neither do travel documents. The only admission ticket you must present at the reception is a lounge pass ticket QR code.
