Travel with peace of mind in and around Naples with our private transfer service, available between Naples Airport, Naples train station, Naples port and your hotel or apartment, as well as to and from Sorrento and Amalfi Coast towns.
Upon arrival at Naples Airport, your driver will be waiting for you after the customs area, just outside the arrivals gate, holding a sign with your name.
If you are arriving by train, you will meet your driver at platform 24, just outside the barriers, where they will be waiting for you with a name sign.
For port arrivals, the driver will meet you on landing near the quay, at the closest accessible meeting point indicated in your confirmation.
If you are departing from or arriving at a hotel, B&B or apartment, your driver will pick you up or drop you off directly at the lobby or main entrance, whenever vehicle access is possible.
In the case of accommodations located in pedestrian-only areas, ZTL zones or streets not accessible to vehicles, the pick-up or drop-off will take place at a nearby agreed meeting point, as close as possible to your accommodation.

If Discover Italy is not available to wait or reschedule due to operational reasons and/or no timely communication is received, the service may be considered a no-show, and no refund will be due.

General information: According to Italian law, it is strictly forbidden to place luggage inside the passenger compartment. In case of extra or oversized baggage that does not fit in the trunk, the driver may refuse the service for safety reasons and no refund will be due. Any additional costs incurred due to extra baggage (for example upgrading to a larger vehicle, arranging a second vehicle or storage) will be borne by the passengers and must be paid on the spot. In the event of malfunction, technical failure or damage, the assigned vehicle may be replaced with another of the same or higher category/quality level.

No. Each booking is for a one-way transfer only on the date you select. – If it’s a one-way transfer, why am I asked to provide both arrival and departure details? Our system is used for different types of transfers (arrivals and departures), and we are not able to predict which option you will choose. For this reason, the form may ask for more details than strictly necessary. Feel free to provide only the information that is relevant for your transfer (for example, your arrival flight or train number). Where a field is not applicable, you can simply enter “N/A”. – If I need a round-trip transfer, what should I do? You can easily book a round-trip by making two separate bookings, one for each travel date (outbound and return). – What time will I be picked up from my hotel? The time you select during the booking process will be considered as your requested pick-up time. If you are not sure which time to choose (for example in relation to your flight or train departure), you can contact us before booking and we will be happy to assist you in choosing the most suitable pick-up time. – I selected a pick-up time later than my flight/train arrival time.
