Detailed itinerary

Cheese & wine pairing tasting, walk the gardens behind the estate and enjoy the views and scenery overlooking a dam of water.

Vineyard walk & cellar tour followed by a wine tasting of 3 wines and olive oil. They make their own olive oil here. Small boutique estate only open by appointment.

LUNCH stop at either Bodega Restaurant at Dornier Estate / Mont Marie / another restaurant in the area, this will depend on the day of week / place open. 1 hour 30 min lunch stop

Stop 4

Chocolate & wine tasting to end the day. You will taste 3 wines paired with 3 chocolates. The Cathedral Barrel Cellar is a optional extra to see if available on the day by the staff of Waterford.
