She is lovingly called Master Chef Mom at home and now runs a popular blog by the same name, where she shares food experiences and recipes. Uma will prepare an authentic South Indian vegetarian meal and tell you about her family's favorite dishes. She will introduce you to Indian spices and explain how she prepares her own spice mixes for use in her cooking.
