The first daily departure is from Termini Station – Piazza dei Cinquecento (corner of Via Cavour). Travelers may board the GREEN LINE TOUR Bus from this starting point or from any official stop along the route.

Refunds will not be issued if the activity is missed due to late arrival, non-arrival, or partial use of the service. Subject to availability, one change of date or time may be requested if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled travel date.
Service hours and frequency vary daily. Buses generally operate every 15–25 minutes in the morning and every 30–45 minutes in the afternoon, depending on traffic and operational conditions.
