with the help of the hosts and cooks Patrizia and Giuliana, mother and doughter, author of a recent culinary book, you will discover how to prepare typical sicilian dishes, working around our table outside among several giant olive trees. It is the chance to know more about the culture and history in Sicily, because Patrizia is a guide as well, and a passionate woman on history and locale traditions. Her doughter Giuliana Is a Chef who combines the Sicilian culinary tradition with other influences, since She has been travelling around the world. Guests will prepare a menu, sourrended by Nature and an incredibile landscape and view on the Sea, so they have lunch also looking at the mediterranean sea and the Aeolian Isles.
