Nazaré is a picturesque coastal town located in central Portugal, famous for its stunning beaches, traditional fishing culture, and record-breaking giant waves, making it a world-renowned destination for surfers. The town is surrounded by impressive stone walls dating back to the 12th century, and its centerpiece is the Castle of Óbidos, which now functions as a luxurious pousada (a historical hotel).
