Stop 1 Pass by

Starting from Marrakech madina or in your riad/accommodation. Please provide the name of your hotel/riad on your booking. We usually pick up our guests in their accommodation or the nearest parking to the riad/hotel if is not access by cars.
Note: keep in mind, that we don't offer free transportation to guests who are staying in Agaday desert or any accommodation far from city center.

As soon as our visitors arrive at our launch location, we extend a warm greeting to them and provide them with either tea or coffee. The next step is for us to present our visitors with comprehensive information on the balloon ride, including an explanation of all safety measures and answers to any questions they may have. This ensures everyone understands the landing position and feels confident about the adventure ahead.
