Your day begins with a meet-up with our local guide and driver in the lobby of your hotel. From there, we’ll head 60 km west of Hanoi to visit Duong Lam Ancient Village, the first village in Vietnam to be recognized as a national cultural relic by the Ministry of Culture and Information.
Upon arrival, we’ll be welcomed by the locals with a refreshing drink of green tea in one of the village's historic homes. You'll have the chance to explore the traditional architecture of the ancient houses, taking in their charm and history. Our next stop will be Mong Phu Temple, the only hamlet in the village that remains completely intact.
From Mong Phu, we’ll cycle to Mia Pagoda, an impressive structure built in the 15th century, known for its collection of 287 statues of various sizes. After exploring the pagoda, we’ll enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch at a local house in the village.
After lunch, we continue our journey with a visit to Thay Pagoda, known for its peaceful atmosphere and ancient architectural structures. You’ll have time to stroll around and take in the serene environment of the pagoda.
