Bathing at Cheongsudang(Outdoor Spa) is allowed when wearing a swimsuit or rash guard.
Only foot bathing is allowed when wearing Jjimjil clothes(spa clothes). (* Bathing is not allowed in regular cotton T-shirts or shorts.)
For your safety, tube-type life jackets without buoyancy aids are not allowed. (Including inflatable arm aids)
To ensure safety and enjoyment, the following items are prohibited.
Food, mats, all glass products, snorkel equipment(including snorkel goggles), fins, diver masks, pets, large water play equipment(over 1m in width/length), strollers, wagons, carts(any wheeled transportation), etc. (* Other items that may compromise guest safety and pool hygiene may also be restricted or requested for storage.)
All outside food is prohibited. Please store any brought food in the designated food storage area.
Special meals for infants and some customers with dietary restrictions (e.g., allergies) can be requested from the staff.
All alcoholic beverages are prohibited upon entry. Alcohol sold within the facility can only be consumed in designated areas.
For certain internal experience facilities, specific attire is required based on the characteristics of the ride.
Body Slides : Usage is restricted if wearing rash guards, swimsuits with metal or plastic hooks, leggings shirts (regardless of material), swimsuits with metal attachments, beach pants, or wrap skirts.
Tube Slides : Usage is restricted if wearing swimsuits with sharp decorations, earrings, necklaces, piercings, bracelets, hats, glasses, sunglasses, or any attire that could cause injury.
For safe water play, guests with contagious diseases are not allowed to enter.
Children and the elderly may have restricted access to certain attractions due to the risk of injury.
According to the Enforcement Rule of Article 4, Paragraph 7 of the Public Sanitation Act, children aged 4 years (48 months) and older are not allowed to enter the bathhouse or changing rooms with the opposite sex.
Persons who are intoxicated or engage in behavior that causes inconvenience to others will not be allowed entry and may be restricted from using the facilities.
Guests with excessive tattoos that may cause discomfort to others may be restricted from entry and use. Please wear outer clothing or follow the staff's guidance.
When using the waterpark, you must wear a hat. - Only hats that can fully cover your hair, such as swimming caps, baseball caps, and headscarves, are allowed.
When using the waterpark, you must wear aqua shoes(water-specific footwear).
Prohibited footwear : Crocs, dress shoes, sneakers, sandals, slippers, flip-flops, etc.
We are not responsible for slip accidents if aqua shoes are not worn. For safety, please make sure to wear them.
When using the waterpark, you must wear clothes made of swimwear material.
Water sports wear, such as wake pants and rash guards are also allowed.
You cannot enter the water in everyday clothing.
Swimsuits are sold at the Aqua Shop (5th floor), and there is no rental service for swimsuits.
Children under 10 years old and the elderly must be accompanied by a guardian.
Please do sufficient warm-up exercises before playing in the water.
Since water play is physically demanding, please take a 10-minute break after 50 minutes of use.
If your body temperature drops, please leave the water immediately and maintain your body temperature with a towel or stay in a warm indoor area.
You must wear a life jacket to use the wave pool, and all users under 120m in height must wear a life jacket for all facilities.
We are not responsible for damaged swimsuits or accidents caused by customer negligence while using the slides.
According to the Article 153 of the Commercial Act (Responsibility for High-Value Items), we are not responsible for theft or loss of valuables not stored in the valuables storage.
Sunbeds can be rented on a first-come, first-served basis at the site.
Diving is dangerous upon entry, so please refrain from doing so.
The indoor area is slippery, so please do not run and walk slowly. Especially for customers with children, please be careful of safety accidents.
Please refrain from water play if you have epilepsy, skin diseases, heart disease, blood pressure issues, hypothermia, pregnancy, menstruation, or other conditions. CLUBD OASIS is not legally responsible for accidents.
Infants under 3 years old must wear waterproof diapers or special infant swimwear. (available at the Aqua Shop)
If you lose your locker key(electronic key), please report it to the staff immediately and pay a loss fee(25,000 KRW).
Lost items are kept for 7 days from the date of discovery and may be discarded after the retention period.
