Detailed itinerary

1
Stop 1

Named Two oceans aquarium because of how the Atlantic and the Indian Oceans converges at the southern tip of the Cape and bringing with them a diverse and unique marine eco system never seen anywhere. Albeit being small compared to Ushaka Marine wildlife in Durban, the Two oceans aquarium gives you greater range of varieties on show. From different kinds of jelly fish, crabs, giant fish and tiger sharks, visiting this aquarium is an entertaining and educating experience for families of different age groups. You will spend an hour at the aquarium before you are taken to the Toboggan Park in Tyger Valley.

2

Situated 25 minutes North of Cape town. The Toboggans at Cool running's gives you the adequate amount of adrenaline and exhilarating fun for both young and old. You will hurtle down the Durban hill slopes in a half pipe and on a bobsled for 1,25km going through S shaped corners and tunnels that are safe but can easily intimidate even the petrol heads. Cables will pull you up from the beginning to halfway where you will ride downhill by gravity but with the speed of the bobsled in your control by use of a break lever. Children younger than 3 years are not allowed.

3

Giraffe house is a center of conservation and also for raising awareness about the threat that wildlife is facing today. Giraffes, Antelopes, and other game serve as ambassadors to this cause, and you will get to see them from one side of the fence. This is a place that is frequently visited by families of different ages because of how fun it is to see these animals from up close and also learn about them. You will also get a chance to feed the Alpacas and goats while you are here.

4

Spice route is a typical South African Family friendly farm with different artisans such as Biltong shops, restaurants, beer tasting, chocolate tastings etc
While you are here, you will be able to wander off, do some shopping and then have lunch before you head to Fairview from your wine and cheese pairing experience of the day.

5

Fairview is one of the most famous family friendly wineries offering wine and cheese pairing for the adults and juice and cheese pairing for children below 18 years of age. On arrival, you be welcomed by the Fairview goats in display, the driving force behind the delicious cheese made here. After your wine tasting, you will have a chance to some shopping in the deli or walk around and enjoy this beautiful estate.
