Your tour will take you through the UNESCO Global Geopark known as The Burren. Look forward to awesome Atlantic vistas and surreal lanscape as we drive through this wonderful terrain. Your local guides will point out interesting sights both natural and historical as we drive. There are all kinds of fascinating glimpses into history dotting the landscape from tiny medieval castles and townhouses to ruined churches and cottages from the famine era of the 1840s.

Departing the Cliffs at 17:15, we take a brief, scenic coastal drive to the picturesque fishing village of Liscannor, arriving by 17:30.

This peaceful seaside gem is home to several award-winning local eateries known for their authentic Irish hospitality and regional flavors. It’s the perfect opportunity to unwind and enjoy a late-afternoon light bite in a casual setting.

Try a bowl of creamy Atlantic seafood chowder served with dense, buttery soda bread or maybe sample a slow cooked lamb stew?
